Our approach is shaped directly by our CEO, Joseph's personal entrepreneurial journey. Before building WeHire, Joseph founded his own SME in Australia and faced the same challenges many business owners experience today: rising staffing costs, skill shortages, overwhelming workloads, and the constant pressure to scale without enough support.
Because he lived through these struggles, he understands them deeply from real experience.
